Eva Stinn
Eva was diagnosed with hip arthritis in 1994 and was advised to rely on painkillers and eventually undergo hip replacement. Refusing to accept this prognosis, she recalled her father’s success with headstands to promote hair growth, which inspired her to explore yoga as an alternative healing path.
At 40, Eva began practicing yoga daily, learning that the body can heal itself when given the right conditions.
Motivated by her own healing journey, Eva became a certified yoga instructor in 1999 through the Yoga Association of Alberta and has since made yoga a central part of her life.
Eva is certified in multiple styles, including Himalayan Tradition, Laughter Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Egoscue Postural Alignment, and is passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
