    Realignment

    Realignment Yoga incorporates a series of postures and movements that help to put the body back into proper alignment, increase mobility in the joints, and address muscular imbalances. It helps us move and feel better, reducing pain and promoting healing.

    Welcome to our yoga studio! We invite you to make yourself at home in our peaceful space, where you can relax, unwind, and focus on your practice. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive a few minutes early, as classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. We’re excited to have you join us and look forward to sharing this journey with you!

    Front Desk

    Our front desk staff is here to assist you with a warm and welcoming presence, available most evenings and weekends. On every second weekend, you’ll also have the pleasure of meeting Emma, our adorable 4lb friend, who will be at the desk ready to greet you with her signature charm. We’re here to make your visit as pleasant as possible, so don’t hesitate to stop by with any questions or needs!

    Welcome to our yoga studio, located on the second floor of the Park Centre and Hotel East Tower. For your convenience, you can access us via two entrances: the North Entrance, which is accessible by stairwell only, or the East Entrance, where both the elevator and stairwell are available. We look forward to welcoming you to a serene space for your yoga practice!
